What happens to what you send.
Short version: it is used to answer you and to build and ship your order. It is not sold, and it is not shared beyond what an order requires.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form — name, email, optional phone, the model and finish you are considering, and your message. If you place an order, a shipping address and the payment details required to process it.
What it is used for
Replying to you, building and shipping your order, and keeping a record of which serial number went to which owner so the service and trade-up promises can be honoured years later.
What is not done with it
It is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. There is no advertising network embedded in this site.
Payment details
Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by RearSounds LLC.
Your record
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at richard@rearsounds.com. Records tied to a serial number are kept while the service promise on that cabinet stands, because that promise cannot be honoured without them.
