The deal, in plain words.
These terms apply to orders placed with RearSounds LLC. They are written to be read rather than to be survived.
Made to order
Every cabinet is built after you order it. Payment is taken up front and buys the materials for your specific pair. Build time is approximately one week, plus one to five days in transit.
Trial and returns
You have 30 days from delivery to decide. To return, contact RearSounds LLC first, then send the cabinets back in their original packing — keep it for that reason. You pay return freight. A full refund of the purchase price is issued once the cabinets arrive undamaged.
Cabinets returned damaged, or returned without their original packing, may be refunded less the cost of putting them right.
Custom finishes
Figured, exotic and non-standard finishes are made specifically for you and are non-returnable unless faulty. This is stated again in writing before any custom finish order is confirmed.
Service
Repair labour is provided free to the original owner for as long as they own the cabinets. Parts are supplied at cost. This does not cover deliberate damage, modification, or damage caused by amplification faults.
Trade-up
Within five years of purchase, 60 per cent of the original purchase price may be applied against a larger model. Cabinets must be in serviceable condition. Credit applies to the new purchase and is not redeemable for cash.
Specifications
Published measurements describe cabinets measured under the stated protocol. Where a figure has not yet been measured on the current build, it is marked as pending rather than estimated.
